Shore Rejuvenation Day Spa Cancellation Policy & Terms & Conditions

Arrival:

  • Please complete all intake and consent forms online prior to arrival

  • Late arrival will shorten your treatment time

  • Share any special needs or preferences with our staff to ensure the best level of service, the better you communicate with our team, the better we can ensure that your visit is customized to your specific needs.

  • Please keep your phone switched off or on silent mode for the duration of your time spent with us

 

Deposit:

  • Deposits: A minimum 25% nonrefundable deposit is required to hold your appointment on our calendar.​ If you reschedule with proper notice, your deposit will be carried over to your rescheduled booking.  Should you cancel or reschedule outside of our cancellation/reschedule window, this deposit will be applied to the late cancelation fee regardless of the reason for cancelation.

    • Clients who reschedule the same appointment(s) more than twice will forfeit their deposit regardless of the reason for rescheduling and may be dropped as a client.

  • The Permanent Makeup (PMU) nonrefundable deposit is $150 to hold your appointment slot. 

    • If you choose to cancel your appointment without rescheduling, you will forfeit your deposit.

    • A new deposit will be required to re-book your appointment if canceled with less than 48 hours, for tardiness, or if we have to reschedule because you have not followed the pre-procedure instructions.

    • PMU Perfecting Appointments will incur a $50 fee to reschedule when less than 48 hours notice is given to change or cancel an appointment.

  • Botox/Juvéderm Parties, Special Events... etc. require a $75 nonrefundable deposit.

    • If you choose to cancel your appointment without rescheduling, you will forfeit your deposit.

    • A new deposit will be required to re-book your appointment if canceled within 48 hours, for tardiness, or if we have to reschedule because you have not followed the pre-procedure instructions.

 

Cancellation/Rescheduling:

  • Just as your time is important, so is that of our staff. When your appointment is booked, we reserve a service provider and a treatment room for your service(s) meaning that no one else can book in with this staff member or into the reserved treatment room at that time. As a courtesy to our team and other clients who may have wanted your appointment time, proper notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling requests as follows:

    • 48 hours' notice is required for all bookings regardless of the reason for cancellation.

  • Cancellation/rescheduling requests may be submitted by contacting by calling or text message to 941-960-6774 only. We have a phone monitoring system set up to ensure that we never miss a message from you which includes visual voicemail and a digital log of each incoming call with time stamp.​ Appointments cannot be cancelled via email or by responding to an appointment confirmation text.

  • Late Cancellations/rescheduling requests are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the treatment cost, after your deposit is applied, you will be responsible for paying the balance due.​ PMU Perfecting Appointments will incur a $50 fee to reschedule when less than 48 hours notice is given.

  • ​Clients who do not call ahead to reschedule or cancel their appointment and instead, simply do not show up, are considered a no-show. no-shows are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the treatment cost. ​ Arrival fifteen minutes or more after your treatment time will be considered as a no-show and the no-show fee will apply.

  • ​Late Cancellation and No-Show fees will be charged to the credit or debit card which was used to make your deposit, or your preferred payment method that you have on file with us. If you request not keep a card on file or your card is declined, you will be sent a bill for any incurred fees and will have 30 days to pay said fees.

 

Gratuities:

  • For your convenience a 22% Service Charge will be added to each spa service. This charge includes compensation for spa staff gratuities

  • Service Charges/Gratuities cannot be paid with a Gift Card

 

Payment/Returns/Refunds:

  • Payment must be made in full on the day of services being rendered.

  • If paying with a gift card, you must have your gift card or gift certificate present with you at checkout.

  • Shore Rejuvenation Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

  • Purchases for any and all Spa Services, Series, Packages, & Gift Cards/Certificates are final and strictly non-refundable.

  • Treatment and Series results may vary and we do not guarantee specific results on any of our services, series, packages, or treatments.

  • We recommend products be stored in a cool, dark place. We are bound by our manufacturers’ return policies and when possible, offer exchanges or credits on returns.

  • Eligible unopened product purchases may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase for store credit.

  • We require returned containers to be unopened with the security seal still intact.

  • Sale and clearance items may not be returned.

  • There is a $50.00 fee for all return checks

  • Prices and Services subject to change.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

  • All of our specials and discounts are one per client only and cannot be combined with any other offers or specials.

  • Although we use only the best products, with the best ingredients, few clients may experience sensitivity to some of our products. If you know that you are sensitive, you may opt to have a patch test done prior to your treatment. Patch tests must be scheduled at least 24 hours prior to the service if you choose to have a patch test done.

  • All services received at Shore Rejuvenation Day are voluntary. There are no refunds on services rendered.

  • Promotions/Discounts are not combinable and, unless promotion specifically states otherwise, are not available on pre-paids.

  • Prices and Services are subject to change.
