Shore Rejuvenation Day Spa Cancellation Policy & Terms & Conditions

Please arrive 10 Minutes prior to your treatment time. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time.

Gratuities 18% - 20% is customary (varies dependent on personal preference and the quality of the services received).

Share any special needs or preferences with our staff to ensure the best level of service.​

 

Just as your time is important, so is that of our staff. As a courtesy to our team and other clients, 24 - 72 hours' notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling requests. 24 hours' notice is required for single service appointments and 72 hours' notice is required for all Microblading, Group, and Package bookings as they take up a large amount of time on our schedule.

 

Cancellation/rescheduling requests may be submitted by contacting us directly, by phone or via email or voicemail. We have a phone monitoring system set up to ensure that we never miss a message from you which includes visual voicemail and a digital log of each incoming call with time stamp.​

 

Cancellations/rescheduling requests that occur less than 24 hours' prior to the scheduled appointment for a single appointment or 72 hours' for Microblading, Group & package Bookings are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the treatment cost.​

 

​Clients who do not call ahead to reschedule or cancel their appointment and instead, simply do not show up, are considered a no-show. no-shows are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the treatment cost. ​ Arrival twenty minutes or more after your treatment time will be considered as a no-show and the no-show fee will apply.

Late Cancellation and No-Show fees will be charged to the credit or debit card which was used to make your deposit, or your preferred payment method that you have on file with us. If you request not keep a card on file or your card is declined, you will be sent a bill for any incurred fees and will have 30 days to pay said fees. Failure to pay late cancellation & no-show fees within 30 days will result in your outstanding balance being sent to collections. ​​

 

A 10% Deposit is required for all bookings to hold your appointment.​

 

The Microblading deposit is $100 and is non-refundable.

Our makeup services also have a non-refundable deposit ranging of $25 for prom or event makeup, or $75 for bridal makeup.

 

Gift Card and Gift Certificates' have expiration dates so please take note of the expiration dates and use them in a timely manor.

Shore Rejuvenation Day Spa Membership Terms

All memberships offered at Shore Rejuvenation Day Spa are annual memberships with a 12 month commitment for and are sold individually per person.

Enrollment fee of $25 is due upon signing up for a new Membership.

Membership dues will be due on the 1st or 15th of the month in accordance with membership initiation.

Initial term of membership is 12 months. Membership may be cancelled after 12 month term with 60 days written notice (email is acceptable).

 

Membership may be cancelled during the initial term only in the event of; permanent relocation of residence more than a 25 mile radius away from Shore Rejuvenation Day Spa’s location; or a physician certifies that member is unable to receive facial or body services.

 

All membership cancellations require 60 days written notice and are effective 60 days after the date received. Payments due prior to the effective date will be charged as scheduled.

Membership is not transferable. Member pricing is not transferable. Member pricing is not good with any other promotional offer and may not be combined with any other offers or discounts.

Members have 60 days to use monthly service(s). Members may continue to redeem membership services as long as membership is in effect and is paid current. Upon termination or cancellation of membership, all un-redeemed membership services will expire.

Some of our memberships can be frozen for up to six months. There will be a minimal fee during the freeze period depending on which membership is held and accrued membership services may be redeemed during the freeze period, however, additional discounts will not be available while the membership is in frozen status.

We require 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations to a scheduled appointment; please see our cancellation policy for further information.

Membership offerings are auto-renewable. At the end of the initial 12 month term of membership, dues will automatically renew unless member elected to cancel prior to renewal date in writing (email is acceptable).

Shore Rejuvenation Day Spa reserves the right to change spa rules, regulations. Pricing may increase at any time upon providing reasonable notice and after initial 12 month term of membership. Member agrees to follow spa rules and regulations.

 

We have the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason. 

Shore Rejuvenation Day Spa Return Policy

Please note that purchases for any and all Spa Services, Series, Packages, & Gift Cards/Certificates are final and strictly non-refundable. Treatment and Series results may vary and we do not guarantee specific results on any of our services, series, packages, or treatments.

There are expiration dates on our Series, Gift Cards & Gift Certificates so please use them in a timely manner.

Be sure to check with Spa staff if you are unsure of the expiration date of a particular item.

We recommend products be stored in a cool, dark place. We are bound by our manufacturers’ return policies and when possible, offer exchanges or credits on returns. Eligible unopened product purchases may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase for store credit. We require returned containers to be unopened with the security seal still in tact.

 

Sale items may not be returned.

There is a $50.00 fee for all return checks

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
