Unlike traditional false eyelashes, which are applied as a single strip and last only a couple of days, NovaLash Eyelash Extensions are individual, synthetic extensions singularly bonded to each natural lash to create a longer, thicker more glamorous lash look. The application of eyelash extensions is a highly technical and meticulous process requiring well-trained aestheticians and cosmetologists to perform the procedure. NovaMinx are NovaLash’s own line of luxurious eyelash extensions created to mimic real mink fur. These extremely light-weight lash extensions are extremely soft and supple with a beautiful glossy shine without the sanitary issues associated with animal hair.

What Styles Of Novalash Lash Extensions Do We Offer?
Lash Extension Fills
Our lash fills are provided to maintain lash extensions after a full set is applied.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you did not receive your original full set of lashes with us, you must book both your appropriate Lash Fill + the Foreign Lash fill service in order to give our stylists the appropriate amount of time needed. Working with lashes that were done at another establishment is always more difficult and time consuming for our lash stylists. For this reason there is a $50 foreign lash fill fee + additional time added to all lash fill appointments for clients who received their full set at another establishment, in all circumstances. Any client who comes in with less than 30% of their lash extensions remaining, will be required to reschedule to a removal and full set. If you have less than 30% of your extensions remaining, don't book in for a fill, book in for a removal and full set in order to avoid any rescheduling that may be required if you book in for the wrong service. For best results, for all new clients, we recommend removal of old lash extensions and the application of a fresh set of our Novalashes. This always delivers the best results as our lash stylist can do their best work with when using all one type of lashes.

Timeline and appointment lengths are based on the average frequency of visit and fill times of our clientele. Clients must book in for the appropriate fill based on the number of weeks since their last appointment with us. Clients with very full, natural lashes may need to upgrade to the next fill, i.e. going from a 4 week fill to a five week fill at the four week mark in order to get lashes nice and full. When your full set is applied, your lash artist will be able to advise you on your best maintenance schedule based on your individual needs.
Please note that this service may irritate sensitive eyes. Fewer than 2% of clients may experience sensitivity to the lash adhesive, but it is possible. We offer a sensitive glue option for clients with mildly sensitive eyes. Be sure to mention this to your Lash Artist and at the time of booking so that we can use the appropriate glue for your sensitive eyes. We do not recommend this service for clients with extremely sensitive, very easily irritated eyes. We do not offer refunds on services rendered, however, we will remove lashes at no charge for clients who are experiencing discomfort after the lash extensions have been applied. If this happens to you, please be sure to let your lash specialist know right away.
